Google has indicated it will soon release a developer API for its multimodal AI video model "Gemini Omni Flash," covering image-to-video, text-to-video, and video editing. On June 11, 2026, Logan Kilpatrick, who oversees the Gemini API, stated that the model is SOTA (state of the art) across these three areas and said API access was coming "soon."
