Nvidia will supply its AI hardware and software to Toyota to power smart cities, traffic intelligence systems and car-manufacturing factories, extending a partnership that began more than a decade ago with autonomous-vehicle development. In a statement dated July 15, 2026, Nvidia framed the expansion as a deepening of efforts to bring AI into the physical world, moving well beyond the driverless-car work that first brought the two companies together.
