Anthropic on June 30, 2026 released Claude Science, an integrated AI workbench for life-science and drug-discovery researchers, as a beta. The company says it can autonomously carry out meaningful work from concise, high-level instructions, and it ships as a macOS/Linux app available on the Claude Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans. According to the official announcement, it unifies literature integration, data analysis and manuscript and figure generation in a single environment, with a design emphasizing reproducibility and auditability.
