A new open-source desktop app called Outworked reimagines Anthropic's Claude Code as a team of animated "AI employees" that write code, browse the web, and run scheduled tasks inside a cozy, game-like office environment. Developed by Tom Dörr and published on GitHub, the project layers a visual orchestration interface on top of Claude Code's agentic tooling, letting users assign roles, personalities, and even individual Anthropic models to each agent while a central orchestrator breaks down goals and distributes work.
