Mental Health Startup Grows to 16 Staff Using AI as Adviser

Here Now Health, a Virginia Beach mental health platform, used generative AI as a "startup adviser" to scale from its January 2025 launch to a team of 16 in about a year and a half, according to Reuters. Founder Michelle Turner provides mental health counseling for children entering foster care, and the platform is Medicaid-approved and certified in three states.
