MemSearch, the open-source semantic memory layer for AI coding agents built by Milvus creator Zilliz, can now distill recurring workflows into reusable, installable skills for Claude Code and OpenAI's Codex. The new capability adds a procedural-memory layer on top of the tool's existing journaling and knowledge stores, aiming to let agents not only remember past decisions but also automate the routines developers repeat most often.
