An open-source tool called "teammate-skill" has been released that extracts a specific colleague's work knowledge and behavior from sources such as Slack and GitHub, and reproduces them as a skill for AI agents. Provided by MyClaw.ai, LeoYeAI/teammate-skill is designed to distill a teammate into an "AI Skill" and runs on AgentSkills-compatible agents including Claude Code and OpenClaw.
