Graphify, an open-source tool that converts any folder into a queryable knowledge graph with a single command and optimizes it for AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, has been released. Led by Saf i Shamsi, it is offered free under the MIT license via its official site and GitHub. It ingests codebases, documents, PDFs and images, and produces structured outputs in formats such as GRAPH_REPORT.md, graph.json, and an Obsidian Vault.
