Apple Sues OpenAI, Two Former Executives Over Trade Secrets

Apple Inc. filed a civil lawsuit on July 10, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (San Jose Division, Case No. 5:26-cv-07078), targeting OpenAI and two former Apple executives over alleged trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract.
