Prime Intellect Raises $130M at a $1B Valuation

Prime Intellect has raised a $130 million Series A at a $1 billion valuation, with NVIDIA, Intel, and Dell joining as new investors. The company builds open reinforcement learning (RL) infrastructure for frontier models and reportedly crossed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in less than a year.
