A new report from India's largest job portal, Naukri.com, finds that 77% of professionals in the country now use artificial intelligence at work at least occasionally, and that workers with AI skills command noticeably higher median salaries than peers without them. The findings, published around July 16, 2026 under the title "AI at Work: From Adoption to Readiness," mark what the company describes as a shift from AI experimentation toward AI fluency becoming a baseline workplace requirement.
