Chinese self-driving technology firm Momenta (Momenta Global) has launched an IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, aiming to raise up to HK$5.89 billion (about US$751 million). The company began bookbuilding on June 29, 2026, offering 19.9 million shares at HK$295.60 each, with trading set to begin on July 8. Its implied valuation is put at around US$9 billion, and shares opened 3% higher.
