The UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) has awarded a £2 billion ($2.7 billion), 15-year contract to Omnia Training, a Raytheon UK-led consortium, to modernise the British Army's collective training using AI. The programme will cover up to 60,000 soldiers a year, overhauling traditional training with AI and simulation technology.
