Graphite, an Open-Source Tool for Branching LLM Chats, Ships With Local Support

Graphite, a desktop app that visualizes and branches LLM conversations as a node graph on an infinite canvas instead of a linear chat, has been released as open source. Built with Python and PySide6, it is distributed on GitHub under the MIT license. It connects to multiple major models either locally or via API, positioning itself as a modular node-based AI workspace for thinking and creation.
