Lyzr, a Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup, has revealed that it is letting its in-house AI agent "Agent Sam" handle investor-facing work for its ongoing $100 million Series B round. Reported by Bloomberg and The Next Web around July 9, 2026, the company is targeting the raise at a valuation of roughly $500 million, having automated responses to questions from more than 130 investors, the drafting of dozens of investment memos, and initial outreach through the agent. The effort is said to have attracted about $400 million in investment interest from Silicon Valley funds, Middle Eastern VCs, and financial-sector investors.
