Anthropic has enabled published Claude Code artifacts to call Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors, allowing developers to build dashboards and interactive apps that fetch information and take actions on demand for each individual viewer. The capability is available on the Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans, but it is explicitly disabled for publicly shared artifacts.
