Hermes Agent Gains Phone Number to Take Calls and Run Tasks Overnight

Nous Research's open-source AI agent "Hermes Agent" can now obtain a real phone number to take incoming calls, place outbound calls and send and receive SMS, allowing it to keep running tasks autonomously overnight while the user is away. The capability centers on the official add-on "Telephony" skill, which lets the agent provision and persist a PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) number via Twilio.
